I wen to preschool, for my two school days. I love it there! There were some videos taken of me, the lady taking the videos had trouble... the trouble? She couldn't get shots of me, without the other kids around! I am so much a part of everything at my preschool. We love that! Our biggest fear was that I would be put in the 'too hard' basket, and be left in a corner of the room. That's so opposite to my days at preschool.
I've had lots of therapy visits, this week. I've met some new therapists, who are looking at my speech and my occupational therapy. We've got lots to do, but I'm getting so much stronger and showing how clever I am, so it's exciting to do more therapy. I was so tired from all that therapy, that I fell asleep on my Zoe's lap!
If we won a million billion dollars, I'd do therapy every day!
My Nanoo and Pokky are visiting and that is very cool. They love us and we get to play lots of games and do fun things.
Mum and I left my noisy sisters with Nanoo and Pokky this morning, so we could drive to Sydney. I had a surgical review, on my hip. It was the follow up from my femoral osteotomy procedure. (That's the one where I needed the crash cart, during my recovery, because of the pain medications.) The surgeon said my hip is pretty good, and that there is nothing that can be done about my leg now being two centimetres shorter than it was. We will have to have extra pads put under my shoes, to even up my leg lengths, so I can step properly. We're on a waiting list, to get that done.
After that appointment, Mum took me to the final rehearsal for the Music Makers concert. The concert is tomorrow night. I am pretty excited! Dad, Nanoo and Pokky will be there, to watch me dance. We're pretty sure we will have some pretty special friends in the audience, too. (If you see me, come over and say hi!) The dancing is great for me. I love it so much! I smile and laugh, and my muscles relax, so my arms are loosen. It's great therapy!
It's been really busy, so it was nice to relax with bubbles this afternoon!
