The other day, in my walker, my feet and legs were red and had purple blotches.
My brain doesn't send messages fast enough and my muscles are too weak to straighten my legs, so often, my feet face the same direction. My family try to keep them positioned the right way, to teach my muscles what to do.
I'm not wearing shoes in this photo, because we were giving my feet a rest from my school shoes and socks. One of my legs is two centimetres shorter, since my femoral osteotomy, and walking without my adjusted shoes makes it a bit trickier.
I never complain, but we hate cerebral palsy.
