We are all a bit sick, but Mum and Dad made sure we still had a fun time.
We got to ride on horses! It was a new sensation, for me. I had to lie down (because I can sit that strongly, yet!) The saddle hurt a little, but it was very cool.
I want to do that again.
And, we all went in the jumping castle together. The man even made sure I was safe, having a go, but not being jolted around. He was very supportive and we really appreciate the effort he made.
Sometimes, it was a bit sad for Mum, today.
My cerebral palsy makes it hard for us to do some of the activities, but she made sure I did what I could (and I got to eat cake and chocolate!). She gets sad when I am not excited and cheering at the fun things... like the helicopter. She really hoped I was enjoying it. Sometimes, days like this... they really make us face my limitations... and that hurts.
Thanks Camp Quality for a fun day.
And a big thanks to Jessica-Anne who really helped out with Kaisa! That meant Mum and Dad could really focus on me, and the Noisy One.
Thanks to the guys from Cops for Convoy, too. It was great seeing you again. See you soon!
**We've blurred out anyone who wasn't in our family, or who wasn't a volunteer... so, some of the photos might look a bit funny in parts. It's a privacy thing.
And then, I got on the horse. So cool!
I was doing a good job with my sitting, too.... Do you see Mum's hand?
I thought they might have taken my Noisy Sister away.... but, no.
Go give them a facebook cheer. Tell them Dexter sent you.
