This was the second time I went on the ice. I get pushed around in my wheelchair.
Everyone was a little more confident, this time, and we went a little bit faster.
My noisy sisters got taken around the ice rink by a lovely lady and her daughters. They didn't think it was good for Dad to push my wheelchair and one of the girls! They helped us so we could all feel safer.
That was so nice of them!
I liked doing spins with Mum!
My first three June long weekends were bad. The first year, we found out I have brain damage. ("Bilateral posterior periventricular leukomalacia" )
The next year, we found out I had cancer. Hepatoblastoma.
And then, I spent the third June long weekend in hospital with pneumonia.
So, now, we go away for the June long weekend.
This year, we are making happy memories with our Melbourne family!
Today was a fun day!
