Am I ok? At the moment, no.
I’ve started having anxiety attacks at night - my heart starts racing and wakes me up; it takes a while to settle again.
I’m taking steps to make sure I’m ok. I talk to people about what I’m experiencing and how I’m feeling. My attacks are becoming less frequent. I’m lucky.
I’ve seen friends experience much stronger attacks and felt helpless, not knowing how to help.
I know people who struggle every day.
Today, I send virtual hugs to my friends.
Talk to people, not just today, but whenever you can - you really never know what someone else is going through.
