It will probably feel a bit weird, to move it and stretch it again.
Well... that's what I am going through, this week.
My leg has been in my brace for six weeks, now.
I have hardly been able to move it.
And yesterday, they took my brace off, and my legs hurt so badly!
I screamed and screamed. I never scream, unless it is really bad.
I usually love the water, but yesterday, I was hurting so much, I couldn't even think about the water! The brace was off for an hour.
This week, I will have some hydrotherapy, without the brace, each day.
After the therapy, I will get the brace put back on. Hopefully, I can have the brace permanently removed later this week. I will probably still have some form of brace at night. It actually felt much better when they put my legs back in to the brace.
That made Mum feel a bit sad.
This was me, yesterday. When Mum rang my sister, to say goodnight, I heard Aunty Carol's voice. I was yelling to her, telling her how bad my leg hurt and how angry I was at everyone, for hurting me. I had a lot to say!
(I didn't use words, but my meaning was very clear!)
The physiotherapist was happy with how I tried.
I still cried from pain, but hopefully, tomorrow will be better still.
Now, I'm meant to be sleeping, but I am being cheeky!
Hopefully, as the week goes on, I will start enjoying it more and build up my muscles - can you see how skinny they are! If my surgeon is happy, the brace will come off on Thursday.
