It was noisy and fun! I liked all the singing.
I like it when Mum and Mrs W. helped me do the Hokey Pokey!
Mum was very proud watching me, but she did get a little sad and even shed a tear. She is ok, but today was another one of those days that remind us about what I can't do and how much help I need. It's sometimes so sad to see me stuck in my chair or on the floor, when it would be so much nicer to see me running and playing. These days are hard. We have a lot of them, but we don't share many of them.
On the bad days, we let ourselves have a quiet moment and then, we pick ourselves back up and keep going.
Mostly, I don't care. I've never known anything but cerebral palsy.
I don't like seeing Mum sad, though. She mostly hides her sadness from me.
But, I shared some of my chocolate egg with her and that made her happy!
Thanks to my teachers, for helping include me.
