Convoy Day is hard for our family, for lots of reasons.
Mum didn't want to go today, becuse she knew it would be hard for her.
But, she knew my sisters and I would have a fun time.
So, Dad hugged her and we went.
And, we did have a fun time.
We want to say 'thank you' to each of the bike riders who waved to us and stopped to hi-five and knuckle punch my sister and I.
That made us all smile.
At one time, there was a line of bikes stopped and waiting in line, so they could say hi to me. That was a wonderful moment.
To all the trucks who honked their horns and waved - especially the small business trucks, thank you.
I tried to wave and I loved hearing the noise.
We hope you had a great day.
