Today was my first day of my Adelaide therapy.
We're at the Future Footprints Conductive Education Centre in Adelaide.
I did lots of sitting in an unsupported seat.
I held on to a pole on the table, to help keep me steady.
I need a lot of help still,
and was lucky my therapist was with me, to help hold me up.
I also did some walking - without my walker, and some standing.
I was a big boy and didn't complain until the very end, when I was very tired!
I fell asleep before we even left the driveway!
I'm looking forward to tomorrow, but know I might be tired and sore,
so I'll take it a day at a time.
