My parents are pretty amazing!
They have seen me go through some really terrible things.
They've watched me suffer and cry and fight to live... more than once!
They dedicate themselves to me, and my special needs.
They save up, so they can buy me things
and they make sure I'm getting strong and healthy.
They understand me, even when I don't use words and they make me feel very, very loved.
They are proud of me, even when I'm not the same as kids my age, and they encourage me to keep trying.
They tickle me and give me kisses and raspberries.
I love my Mum and Dad.
And, I love my sister, even though she is very noisy and she steps on me.
And, I love the new little sister, growing in Mum's belly and making her tummy very fat. I'm excited to meet her.
Happy Global Day for Parents, everyone...
...especially to my Mum and Dad.
I love you.
