Every day, I do therapy.
If I miss therapy, my muscles will tighten up and I will lose my strength.
If I don't do something for a long time, I have to learn to do it again.
During the holidays, Mum always makes sure I still do my physiotherapy.
She misses see me doing my physiotherapy, when I am at school.
She misses seeing me and Zoe.
So, in the holidays, when I have therapy... Mum is happy to see me working.
And, she enjoys spending time with Zoe.
My Zoe has been my physiotherapist for over five years.
She's been there for the happy celebrations and she has been there for some of the really bad times.
She's helped me come back from my surgeries.
She's helped me to get strong again.
She's helped me build my muscles up again.
I love her and the way she believes in me. I always try to give her a sneaky cuddle!
These are some photos from one of my physiotherapy sessions, from the holidays.
Look how tall I have become!
With severe cerebral palsy, there is never a day off.

And, check out my sitting!
She touches my shoulder or arm and my muscles try to 'switch back on'.
Now, I am nearly taller than Zoe, when she is kneeling.
My hip surgeries took my progress back, a lot, and I have to work so hard to stay strong.
Sometimes, I can't bear much weight on my hip, and standing can be difficult, but I try really hard. (Most days!)
