This is to help relax my muscles. I had botox injections in my hips, thumbs and elbows.
These are always long days, because I have to have the injections while I am under a general anaesthetic. Mum and Dad have lost count of how many of those I have had, but it never gets easier for them.
The Botox clinic is actually in the same ward as one of my oncology rooms.
Seeing the purple ‘cytotoxic’ signs always takes Mum back to a place she doesn’t like. And today, the oncology nurses stopped us on our way out, to say hello and that they remembered me from when I was a baby!
Today was also hard on my sisters. This is something we worry about.
Today, my noisy sister cried at school, because she was worried about me.
We are all home and under the same roof now.
That makes everyone feel better!

She didn’t think that was funny, but I did!
