Dexter has learned to hold on to things. Sometimes, he cannot do this, as his hands are closed into fists, because his muscles are tight. Sometimes, he can hold things.
Sometimes, he can let go of an object, and sometimes, he struggles to control his muscles and cannot do this.
We do a lot of Dexter's occupational therapy activities ourselves.
He does a lot of occupational therapy at school, too.
