When you have someone in your family who needs a lot of additional support, like Dexter does, you notice the little things people do to make lie easier.
It's hard to ask for help, but sometimes, people just know what to do.
A waiter saw. He noticed the shaking hands. He noticed the food getting cold.
He asked if he could help the man taste the oysters he had ordered.
And, with total respect, he fed the man his oyster dinner.
Sometimes, the little things make a big difference.
And, kindness shows that people care. Kindness shows that you are not alone.
It's Cerebral Palsy Awareness month. Help us raise awareness by talking about cerebral palsy.
